I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. My child absolutely loves Michael Hanks, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment.
