I am extremely dis satisfied with the level of care i have received from dr. lobonc's office, i have been back to the office SEVERAL times in the past few weeks for a problem my 21 month old has been having with diarreah, they have run cultures and they came back negative. however the diarreah problem still persists. they have done little to nothing to follow up with other testing or solutions to attempt to figure out what else could possibly be wrong with my child. i am simply told, "if it gets worse give us a call back" WORSE??? my child has been having severe diarreah for 3 weeks, and it is interfering with his hydration, his mood, and now with his comfort. it is also keeping him out of school and in turn keeping me out of work and they want me to call back if it gets worse?? RIDICULOUS!! this pediatritian is great if you have a healthy child, but if there is even the slightest bit of something wrong, i highly recommend a different doctor!!

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
