It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They were very kind and professional, and never made me feel like I was a bad parent even if I disagreed with them on some parenting issues. They knew what a difficult task it was to be a parent, and made sure they encouraged me.

No, they didn't get upset
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her?
Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her
