I have been taking my kids to Suburban Pediatrics since they were born. They have flexible hours, have lots of practioners for quick appointments and have weekend hours for illness. When my son reached age 10, they took the initiative to suggest that he transfer to Dr. Sitrin instead of a female physician if that made him more comfortable. It was a joy because I don't think my son would have asked for him but was very relieved and feels very comfortable with him. The entire practice is great with their followup and I would consider going anywhere else even though the office is at least 10 miles from my home.

I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The office was easy enough to find. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

They confirm first that the tests they suggest are covered by our insuarance and later end up paying out of pocket. This has happened twice

They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
