Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Absolutely! They gave me plenty of information about child safety and nutrition
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic

No, they didn't wear any cologne

Not at all! They were very encouraging and supportive
