I appreciate that they've never over-treated my child. I've had some doctors that want to run really expensive tests or make you get an X-Ray for a very common illness, but they don't do that here. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They are one of the most respected pediatricians in my community. Every parent I know thinks very highly of them. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.

One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted
