Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Their staff is the very friendly and welcoming. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I like the way they are with the children from babies through teens.

I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but they always remember my girls by name. The office was easy enough to find. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

I trust them over any other doctor I've ever been to. I'm never unsure of their motives, and I've never doubted that they've always had my child's best interest at heart. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs to how patient and kind they were to my child. They were just fantastic.
The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. FIVE STARS I'M NOT SURE WHY IT IS PUTTING 4.5 THIS IS DEFINATELY A 5 STAR DOCTOR. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE HER!

Dr. Rosenbloom is one of the most caring doctors I've been too for my daughter. Always concerned about her and making sure she gets the help she needs outside the office, if necessary. I love her office, staff and of course Dr. Rosenbloom herself. I will continue to you her services until my daughter outgrows pediatric needs. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a pediatrician
