Most of the staff were wonderful and I felt that they really 'got' what a holistic approach to care means.

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Not at all! They barely listened to a word I said

Dr. Arbaugh's Florissant office is located in Cargo Bay, which has the feel of a truck stop. The waiting room, if you can call it that, has a patient sitting with the receptionist/secretary. The receptionist and someone waiting for an appointment can hear conversations Dr. Arbaugh has with his clients. It is the most unprofessional office setting for a physician that I have ever encountered. He is only in Florissant one day per month, which makes getting an appointment very inconvenient. He does not accept my insurance plan since I recently switched to Tricare. Besides that, I have never found him to be terribly personable or caring. He just happened to be in a convenient location when I first started seeing him. If you decide to see this man, do yourself a favor and at least drive out to his office in Winghaven.
