It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
