The office was pleasant, professional and prompt...all good things.
Dr. Clymer was nice and basically, just explained to me what the Xray and MRI showed. He said a conservative approach would be to prescribe a prescription anti-inflammatory. Done. This was not exactly what I was looking for in receiving help with my pain. ...not overly helpful and very basic routine approach. Disappointed.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. The surgeon could have easily talked me into surgery but suggested that it might be best to try some other options first. Much appreciated. Indicates competent physicians who care about the patient.

I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. They do not keep the restrooms well-stocked here. No paper towels, toilet paper, or even a toilet seat cover! I had nothing to clean up with.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
