I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started within 15 minutes of mys scheduled appointment The doctor always remembers me by name .
