They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. It was almost like the Dr. didn't want to take the time to offer any information. This is my first child and she didn't share any "extra" information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. My biggest complaint would be having an OB doctor with long fingernails. The vaginal exams in my ninth month were extremely uncomfortable.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

No. I still haven't talked to them.
