It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly and on time. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There was no overcrowding and everything appeared spaced appropriately. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they stated that they were aware of another location that was better at handeling my situation.. It was such a nice gesture, that made a huge difference. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt like no one was listening at some other places I've visited they only seem to be interested in getting me in and out in an allotted time, but not here. I don't think I have ever had any medical appointment where I was ever treated like I was here (and that is a good thing). I have left other offices because they would not listen to me, or would disagree with what I said instead of taking everything in. I know I do not have a medical degree, but I also know what my body tells me. I have been in this body for over 70 years and have been fighting this (what ever this is) for some 30 years. Dr. Rowe stated that he would referr me to KU. I only hope that they too will listen. You couldn't believe how important that is to a client. Whoops, apparently you do understand, I don't think the other offices I have visited understand.
