I had a sleep study done, all went well, the nursing staff was great, awaiting results. The doctors are all great also very knowledgeable!

I found Dr. Rowe to be very thorough during a recent consultation at his office in Lenexa. He answered all of my questions, was very clear about cause and treatment, and even suggested other reasons I may be feeling pain. I have been to several neurologists over the years, and Dr. Rowe is by far the best. A good portion of my treatments for my neurological issues were overseas in Germany where I found the doctors to be above and beyond any I had seen in the States. Until I was seen by Dr. Rowe. He was just as thorough and precise as the German doctors I had seen overseas. Best of all, he listened to what I was saying and within 10 minutes understood my patient history and could review it clearly with me. This is more than 90% of the neurologists/MD's that I have seen in the past 10 years. He is very professional and knowledgable, and obviously likes his job (which makes for a much more pleasant patient experience). In addition, all the facilities I could need are under one roof there at RNI - convenience!

Dr. Winegarner and his nurse were outstanding! They are without a doubt my favorite because of the care and concern they give. No one even comes close!

i'm so glad a friend pointed me to this place. Dr. Rowe was pleasant and knowledgable and answered all my questions. Two weeks ago I could barely walk because of my back pain but after a diagnosis and 2 weeks of physical therapy with Shane, I'm feeling tremendous relief.

I didn't want to wait an entire month for an appointment and I'm so fortunate that I found this place. Neurology issues aren't the kind of "unknown" you want to live with for a long time without a diagnosis but the first two neurologist my family doctor suggested (I think they're all part of the same hospital group) couldn't see my son for over a month. Everything turned out well health-wise but getting in to see Dr. Rowe on the same day I called was amazing! He took a lot of time with our visit and explained all of our options for diagnosis and testing. If felt like we were in control, but with someone who really cared about our well being (health and financial) guiding us.

They were able to get me in quick for my first appointment. They did a thorough exam, listened to my concerns and got me set up for treatment. The Doctors are very good and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a doctor who takes his time with you explains Everything listens and answers all your questions and you have the time you have to wait for him to do the same to the rest of the patients then this is your place, but I am not one of those people I usually have few questions and really just want a minimal impact on my daily life. The receptionist is either overworked or very slow. I usually have to wait 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to get called from the waiting room, and then left to sit in the exam room for 30 minutes to an hour before the doctor even comes in. I never can get out of there in less than 2 hours even for a "quick" checkup. Their office hours are not conducive to working people. They messed up all the orders sent to the hospital so instead of 6 one hour iv drips it turned into one 4 hour wait time for one iv drip, 2 one hour ones, one 3 hour one, and another 3 hour one because they didn't send the orders correctly and I had to wait for them to get back to the hospital with the right orders. They never call in prescriptions correctly when they call them in, or up to a week wait if they forget to call them in. One of my blood tests came back unprocessable not once but twice and I didn't hear about it until my next appointment both times so had to have the blood drawn again and wait another month for an additional appointment( 3 copays for nothing and a loss of about 8 hours work total), and treatment couldn't (or wouldn't) continue without the results (a courtesy call would have been nice to let me know they needed to run the test again so they could have the results by my appointment date) Again the Doctors are great, if long winded, but their support staff is severly lacking. And they will try to push additional "testing" and "resources" with their in house sleep center and mental health people. I guess for me I was very fustrated with the time it took to get anything done, this whole fisasco has taken 3 months so far and I am still waiting for the final treatment to process, so yeah its a good thing this wasn't life threatening because I would be dead by now. I am a 30 something female with a full time+ job, and I have told my mom a couple of times they are great elderly people doctors because of their hours and the way the explain everything, but it just fustrated me.
