I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I'm okay with the wait. Who doesn't call a doctor's office & not wait on hold?

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Their equipment was safe and well taken care of, which really says a lot about their standards of care to me. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.
