They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They had the most friendly attitude, and went out of their way to make me feel at home. I really appreciated the warm welcome.

I was impressed with their office equipment. Everything was current and met safety standards. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
The whole point of the colonoscopy was to find out if my disease had spread to my intestine, and my primary doctor told him to call him before he performed the colonoscopy, but he did not speak with him, and had the whole procedure done for no reason, because he didnt know what the look for. Still thinking about upsets me still
