It's easy to get an appt., but after going I can see why! I have waited twice for 45 minutes to see the doc. and it's not because they're "so busy". I don't even think that she looked at my chart or knows my name as she didn't follow up on something from the last appt. that she asked me to check up on every month! I can find more answers on the website (which is well-presented and nice looking) than in person, unless you're proactive and ask questions. That's the only time I would get information. And forget advice about preventative measures unless you ask for it.

AND I didn't see her wash/use antibacterial soap coming in or leaving as she went straight to another patient while forgetting to even write out my prescription. The only smile you'll see from her is on the website. I'm sure the doc. is intelligent, it's just that she doesn't share anything with you unless you ask about it. But I will say she isn't as pushy on unneccesary cosmetic fixes as other docs. can be. You have to have at least an hour to go here... 55 minutes waiting and 5 minutes for time with the doc. Too poor of an experience two times.. I won't be going back.

I didn't consider their waiting area chairs to be too comfortable. I would have preferred to wait in something a little nicer. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was pleased to see that their equipment looked new and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that nothing was old or falling apart.
