I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I did not argue with me, or contradict anything I said, which has been a problem for me at other places. The staff was respectful of each other. They were competant in helping me. I am not worried that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They did not suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were very considerate and professional. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
