They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all
