They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. It was not easy to reach them AT ALL. I had to call several times and I still haven't gotten a hold to anyone. I had to call the hospital which was no help! Previously their staff was friendly. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
