They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They answered all of my questions and seemed to really know what they were talking about.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic.
I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
