Best doctor ever. She really cares about her patients. Dr. Balthrop goes above and beyond. I can't say enough good things about her. She is a Christian who serves her church, community and God in all she does.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
