My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic.
I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I have been seeing Dr Diaz for 16 yrs , He is always nice even when I am grumpy !
