This man operated on me 15 years ago and I still suffer because of his incompetence and arrogance. I tell everyone I know that if they're ever referred to Lon Alexander to run for the hills instead! Physicians don't usually say anything bad about their medical colleagues, but I've had other doctors tell me I'm not the only person they've heard call Alexander incompetent and arrogant.
