Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

I didn't have to wait long after I arrived for my appointment. As a veteran or wounded warrior, I'm used to waiting for long periods. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me uneasy. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.
