First off the receptionist is exteremly rude and unprofessional... she told one pt to get out she didn't want to see them or talk to them right nowshe does not wear her required name badge but i asked her name and it was Sherry...Sherry is quite rude when it comes to certain patients like with me i had to stand and wait for her to finish her converstation about why she went natural how nappy her hair is but how happy she is and what products she uses and trying to swade a pt. I my self have braids and their M.A. has braids as well so i felt uncomfortable because sherry went out of her way to say how it's a waste of money and it was nasty and dirty to have them. so that is my first problem with sherry. second problem being she acted as if i did not exist to her standing there and that my problems were unimportant and that i was bothering her. Third problem she had pt information sitting where anyone could see it, and i know this is a HIPPA violation. Now on to the DR. she seemed nice at first but as time went on she developed this whatever attitude about my situation basically she just hushed me up and said she wanted some blood urine and other tests then sent me off with a couple of Rx and no diagnosis just something that may go away in a few days...well it didn't and i called to tell her and she just called in another Rx and said my bloowork was fine if it presists she would send me to a G.I. DR well i lost 10lbs in a week and half and still she did nothing so i found help on my own....i would not suggest this clinic to anyone unless it's an absoulte emergency even then i suggest FGH...Oh the good part about the clinic was the nurse and the M.A.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.

We found a new doctors after a visit to this clinic. Staff was terrible, especally with children. The doctor herself was fine, but the nurse and receptionist were rude and incompetent.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. Hard to get a hold of someone at the office. Phone stays busy and sometimes they forget to call back
