They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them.
