Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
