Whenever I have a question, they're usually able to answer it over the phone. It's nice not having to drive down there for an appointment every time I have a question. Not only were they friendly, they put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
