They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would
Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant?
Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
