Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. waiting time is too long.they seem not care that people have time schedules.improvement is needed.
