This Dr. should be barred! Does not look at test results, conducts a VERY Poor exam, and then enters a decision that affects someone life forever. I have ultrasounds, MRI, other surgeons opinions regarding a torn rotator cuff, as evidenced by the MRI and this Dr. says I suffered a shoulder sprain!!! Is he nuts? Does he know what pain is? He is very rude.
