me and my family seen her for almost 6 years the last 3 of that was nasty she alwase tells you you have something wrong over charges my insure they even told me that so then i have to pay more last time we called 7x over customary charges wow we told them to bad went in for crown she was 45 min late never said sorry did not care sat in chair for way to long then after that btw crown was well done but after 5 hours lol they went over the 800 bucks worth of work i needed done i lost did not go back to dentist for over a year found a new guy in victoria park said even after no cleanings or work my teeth were great 1 new cavity two she did have to be fixed wow and shows me what it will cost and wow everything 150 i have insure but not over charging me or them even her employees wile cleaning teeth said never mind her your teeth are not bad i should have alkyd out that day i think she can do a great job but she is a money hungry lady be aware

Upon making an appointment to get an estimate on having a crown placed and a veneer repaired I clearly stated I did not want any work done and would be going for two other estimates before I decided on a dentist. Long story short...at the end of the appointment I was told I owed them $100 for a new patient exam. They didn't do any work or even clean my teeth for that matter. The receptionist stated I told you on the phone it would be $100 for a new patient exam. I reminded her this was not true and she just looked at me in a daze, etc. I have never been charged for an estimate from a dentist. Please think twice before going here and if you do go- get everything in writing before you sit in the chair. Even an estimate. Such a shame. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was right on the main road through Orange City. Their new building at 1640 S. Volusia Ave in Orange City, just 2 blocks south of the old location, is very impressive. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were absolutely amazing and made me feel at ease. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They offer CEREC same day ceramic restorations, use digital x-rays, very high tech equipment.
