The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

The staff is very professional and courteous. I was not kept waiting and they go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen.

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate?
Not at all, I said I was in pain, but they told me to deal with it
