Dr. Salem is great and I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. I went to Dr. Salem for a second opinion after a dentist told me I had five cavities that needed to be filled. I went in for a routine cleaning and had no pain so was shocked to hear I needed this much work. Dr. Salem took his own x-rays and found I had no cavities at all to fill! I appreciated his honesty and would never go to any other dentist again. His office is clean and staff provide a comfortable atmosphere. It's a wonderful office!

I found Dr. Salem after I had avoided going to the Dentist for a few years (because I didn't have insurance and was a full time law student with no money). Once I found a job and had insurance, I went to Dr. Salem. While not having gone to the dentist for a few years, my fear of the dentist grew. I confessed my fear to the receptionist who scheduled my appointment and she assured me that Dr. Salem would take care of me.

I want to point out that while I may have missed professional cleanings for a few years because of the issues mentioned, I took good care of my teeth. I brushed with a Sonicare toothbrush and flossed everyday. I can say that Dr. Salem was wonderful to me. He confirmed that I had taken great care of my teeth and only needed a cleaning. He did not charge me for or attempt to perform any unnecessary procedures. In fact, he also stated that if I kept up my dental care regimen and came in for cleanings every 6 months, I shouldn't even have a cavity that would need filling. He took great care of me and alleviated my fear. I have kept every cleaning appointment since. I even had an issue with income this time as I am looking for income producing employment, and Dr. Salem reduced his fee for me to the co-pay I used to pay under my old insurance carrier. Dr. Salem and his staff are lovely and I have appreciated all they have done for me and the good care they have extended to me!

If you have any fear of the dentist, fear no more and go see Dr. Salem!

i went to dr salem to get a wisdom tooth removed. it was quick and painless. the whole staff was very nice and made sure i was comfortable. hes the only dentist i will ever go back to and ill make sure to tell all my family and friends to go to him as well.

I went in to dr salems office to get a free consult on a tooth. He said that an old filling had fallen out and that he could refill it for me but I might need a root canal. Problem was that I don't have insurance and root canals cost a lot of money. I was nervous about it I ended up not needing the root canal. He was really nice and professional his staff is amazing they made me feel really comfortable. I will tell everybody I know to go to him.

In regards to the previous review. Why did this employee leave the practice? Were they let go, or were they a harsh personality that quit.? Some employees believe that in todays economy they can do as they please and post blame on others for their lack of responsibility. While reading reviews we should believe that most are honest, yet keep in mind that some may be biased, I must admit that I have never expected a "Christmas bonus" from an employer, and the fact that was mentioned seems a bit strange.
I have been a patient of Dr. Salem for some time now and plan to continue as such. I will not be persuaded by an anonymous with ill intent and have a great deal of trust for the Dr. and his staff.
