Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.
