It is always an enjoyable trip to my dentist, Powder River Dental. They are all so professional and fun. I highly recommend Powder River Dental because they are very organized and personable.

If you're looking for a dentist who knows what they're doing come to Powder River Dental. I've been a patient for a while and I'm so happy with the whole experience. They have a great staff.

As I am new in town, I came to this Dentist office looking for a good dentist. I do have a couple of teeth I want repaired. Although Dr Barelman is no doubt a brillant dentist, it appears his staff is geared up to sell periodaental disease treatment. Upon my first visit, I was approached by a dental assistant who told me (prior to my exam) that "this office" was big into periodontal disease treatment. I asked her what she meant. As she went into detail explaining the disease and their treatment process. I felt frieghtened. I told her she was scaring me. It appeared to me that the assistant was more interested in treating a slow painless disease that causes people to lose their teeth when they are in their 60's instead of treating an abscess or a cavity! My search continues to find a good dentist office in Gillette, Wy
