They also did NOT diagnose me wrong and was wanting me to pay up to $1000.00 to fix my problem (I had to go to another dentist to find out what was really wrong and it was their fault they made a pocket in my gum and didnt say a word to me about it and to fix my problem was only a couple dollars for a lil brush to keep my pocket cleaned out) I wish they had let me rinse my mouth a bit more during my procedure, it was starting to get uncomfortable. They kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.

Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure
