I love this office! I work in a Pediatric medical office myself and I know how busy things can get. At my last visit, the office appeared very busy, but the wait was not long at all and the staff, although they were busy, were still incredibly friendly and welcoming! Once we got back to the exam room, there were two ladies working together to check and clean my 2 1/2 year old son's teeth. My son was obviously very nervous, but the dental assistants were so good with him! They spoke to him on a level he could easily understand and they allowed him to hold his "new toothbrush" while they examined his teeth which turned out to be a great distraction. The entire office is so kid-friendly, including Dr. Rose! It is my understanding that once the children turn 3 years old, the parents are not permitted to go back during the exam and the cleaning; but as great as they were with my son, I am not concerned about his next visit! I absolutely would recommend this office to anyone!

ALL OF THESE PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND NEED TO ACT MORE PROFESSIONAL. OFFICE MGR. IS AN IDIOT-WAS TOLD NOT TO GO THERE BUT HAD AN EMERGANCY. WILL NEVER GO BACK. MY CHILD WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL EITHER. THEY ARE AWFUL!!!!!

Their staff was friendly enough, . None of my questions were answered, I felt worse when I left then when I first went.. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Dr Rose did not talk to me one on one. I actually never saw him before or after he did dental surgery on my 6yr old daughter. Cap fell off two days after it was put on. I had a stop payment on the check due to this and went back 3 days later to have it redone (he did do that without any issues) but office manager was EXTREMELY rude and threatened to take me to magistrates court due the the stop payment issue after I asked her how much I needed to write the new check for. I did not feel I should pay for work that did not hold up and I work at a Dr. office myself and we always strive to satisfy customers. The office manager seemed to think I should be satisfied that he was going to fix the problem without me paying any more than what I already paid. I did not think I should pay for this considering the procedures had cost me aprx $1200.00 out of pocket. And the dentist has refused to mail me the check that I have stopped payment on, even after cashing the second one that I wrote to him. They later sent me a message that they would not see my children anymore, which was pointless because I had made the decision not to take them back after having to deal with the unprofessionalism of this office. I would not feel comfortable knowing that I took someone's hard earned money after the work that I had done was not to satisfaction. And as ashamed of this as I am, I had been warned prior to taking my daughter to him that I should go somewhere else and that warning came from another dentist in the area.
