Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

Many! I got to pick my favorites from a huge selection
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive

Dr. Gilleys's office is very neat and clean. They had plenty of magazines for me to look through and a play area for children, (however, my wait time was like 3 minutes). Dr. Gilley and his staff are always very kind and caring. Both he and his staff take the time to tell you what is involved and what to expect during the procedure. He is the best when it comes to numbing you! My procedure flew by because I had someone checking and talking to me the entire time. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
