They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
