The first time I was here Dr. Danielson was very understanding to the fact that I have severe anxiety of the dentist and he took his time to explain everything that he was doing and checked to make sure I was doing ok. I saw him again yesterday for a tooth that broke since he put a filling in it and he was extremely rude and blamed me for something that was completely out of my control. He had me in tears and mocked me that I couldn't afford to have it fixed by saying "you will be in the ER in a just a few weeks, they will give you the wrong medicine, you will be back in here and I will just say I told you so, so do whatever you want it's your mouth." He couldn't take the time to give me options of payment he just stormed out of there. I was left speechless and with an infection in my mouth that he wouldn't help. I will never go there again. His assistant was fantastic though and I could tell she felt horrible for me.

I was in utter agony the whole time they were cleaning my teeth. It was completely unbearable. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. I was hoping they would give me an invoice, and they eventually did, but it took a very long time. They definitely should have gotten it to me quicker. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. They overcharge for services to your insurance company and get paid by insurance and say they didnt and then bill you again
