First time visiting this dentist with our 2 year old twins. It wasn't a busy day. We waited for a half hour past our scheduled appointment before we mentioned something to the receptionist. Apparently she wasn't aware nor cared we sat for 30 minutes past our slotted time. After we made her aware of us waiting 30 minutes past our slotted time she then went into the back room, came out and said they will get us in right away. We sat and waited for another 15 minutes before anything happened. Finally after 45 minutes we were seated in the chair waiting to start. The tech took some info down and walked away. We waited another 5 minutes. Nobody around. We decided to leave. Upon leaving we asked to see Tim Flood. We discussed how disappointed we were that we had to wait over 45 minutes past our slotted time. He threw his arms up and said, " hey, that's pediatric dentistry." We said, "well perhaps we need to go elsewhere", where he replied as he stood up walking out of the room, "i don't need your business anyway."
Wow,,,,,,,,," I don't need your business anyway",,,,,,what a horrible first impression, and the arrogance of him to say that. Needless to say if people ask about this dentistry, we will steer them away. You would think if a dentistry would have to be on schedule it would be a pediatric dentistry where toddlers are involved. Not this one.
