Patricia was rude and wants to bleed your insurance company. She had the panoramic xrays done on my first visit, and refused to clean my teeth. She told me to make 3 more appointments, one for cleaning and 2 separate for old cavity fills on teeth #14 and 15. When I questioned why not do everything at once or at least the teeth together, since they are next to each other. She raised her voice asked me if I had a hearing problem and counted to 3 in my face with her fingers. Then I heard her yelling at a patient in the next room. She asked why he wouldn't keep his mouth open and asked if he wanted a pain pill. then continued to yell, Keep it open, Keep it open.
You have been warned, I have a wonderful dentist now who cleaned my teeth and only filled one old cavity in one visit.
Patricia Mccauley has a terrible attitude and is very dimissive. My husband and I have had three bad experiences with her in the past three years and are now leaving this office for good. Patricia is very dissmisive and seems to have a chip on her shoulder. There seems to be not one ounce of compassion in her and it's been this way for years. I would never recommend her for any reason--just aweful.
Questions were dismissed. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. I was completely left out of discussion of my care plan. Dr. McCauley's attitude came across as condescending, and at times outright insulting. The office lacks updated equipment, not even digital x-rays.
