My experience with dentist was extremely negative. I am accustomed to being an active participant while my dentures are being created. This experience was totally different. The initial problem was that they lost my denture...placed some elses dentures in my mouth, When my dentures were discovered...weeks later, they did not call me. I had to call them to investigate it. Once we were past this point, I asked slight modifications be made to the gums and the length of the pallet---I was told "This is medicaid, so what do you expect?" I have never been treated so poorly by a dentist. I am accustomed to services being provide by people who care and take pride in their work. This was not the case. Please do not support such poor services.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I understand they're busy, but I'm getting really tired of them postponing my appointments all the time. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.
