Sears Dental Works is a money making business. They have a tendency to exaggerate the severity of a problem and this was confirmed by getting a second opinion. The dentists are very good, but the hygenists are not. They have a problem getting pain under control and work very slow. You will spend 1.5 hours for a cleaning or any other procedure and it is exhausting and uncomfortable. They also overbook their appointments so expect to wait even more. The only positive things I can say is that most of the staff is very friendly and the hours are convenient.

No, but I can always find a seat

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
Did this provider have reasonable prices?
They were decent, but not very affordable
Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home?
A couple, but not very many
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No. I still haven't talked to them.
