They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
