They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
