I had an appt for 6 extractions & when I showed they told me I was scheduled for laughing gas when I scheduled a intravinus sedation and they refused to do sedation and then when I tried talking with DR. Paul E. Schmidt their oral surgeon, I was talked to in a demeaning manner and he continually cut me off mid sentance. I even asked him if he would allow me to finish my sentance so we could resolve the problem and he had the nerve to tell me that he was going to continue cuting me off so long as I was disagreeing with what he had to say. At this point I stormed out of the office! Now, in the mean time I have a number of bad teeth that need to come out causing headaches, infections, ect.. but because of their screw up which they would not admitt and refused to rectify I will have to go a minimum of several more weeks if not a month dealing with headaches, horrible mouth pain, and reaccuring infections all because Dr. Paul E. Schmidt, D.D.S. oral and maxillofacial surgury acted like a total jerk to me and refused to perform the procedures I needed to get the work I needed done. WHAT A HORRIBLE REFLECTION THIS PUTS ON DENTAL ASSOCIATES AS A BUSINESS! Do yourself a favor and FIND A DIFFERENT DENTIST ASSC in the area or you might just regret choosing these guys like I do!!!
