I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future.
